Ensemble Interest Form.
If you are interested in being placed in one of our student ensembles, please take a moment to fill out the form below, and we will contact you to setup your placement.
This form is not a binding contract! We base our rehearsal times around your availability, and this interest form simply gives us the info we need to find you the ensemble that works best for your student's musical interests and availability. Once we've confirmed an ensemble placement with you, your instructor will schedule 8 rehearsals per 3-month season at dates and times that work with as many of the ensemble members as possible.
Students of all ages, skills, instruments, and interests are encouraged to fill out the form, and we'll place them in an ensemble that's a good fit for them!
