Vibe Music Academy is a network of professional music teachers spread throughout the Indianapolis area who enjoy making musicians as much as they enjoy making music.
We offer music lessons for most instruments, which are taught from your home, our homes, or online. Our highly qualified music instructors teach students of all ages, whether they are beginners or advanced.

Music is a unique medium of intellectual, emotional, and creative expression. According to Daniel Levitin's book This is Your Brain on Music, "Musical activity involves nearly every region of the brain that we know about, and nearly every neural subsystem." When students participate in music, they employ the entirety of their brain, causing them to think, feel, and react to a degree that is unmatched by almost any other activity. According to the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) there are over 20 benefits to student participation in music education, including development in language and reasoning, mastery of memorization, increased physical coordination and multi-tasking ability, emotional development, and improved SAT scores. In fact, according to the CollegeBoard 2012 College-Bound Seniors Total Group Profile Report, music students scored above-average on the SAT in every subject: 31 points above average in reading, 23 points above average in math, and 31 points above average in writing.
